The Oasis

In our resort, you will discover the only Oasis in Cafayate's desert landscape. You will be able to reconnect with nature as you walk along the pathways, taking in the High Desert plants and flowering cacti. The landscape takes a noticeable change to a tropical paradise. A Garden of Eden complete with pool, waterfall, accented by a heated hot tub. Private dining is available for that special occasion. Offering you uncompromising views, a table in the garden surrounded by lush green and flowering vegetation. A bottle of our Limited Sparkling wine followed by a dinner that will not be soon forgotten...candlelight of course. Relax, enjoy, and take it all in because you won’t want to leave.

Tres Leche Cake

A spongy cake with three different types of milk, garnished with caramelized orange peel.
