Poolside Dining is popular with guests that wish to live in "The Moment!" The stars are so close you touch them, the wines unbelievable, the flavors of the foods are explosive, and the evening is magical! With the beautiful sight of the valley and red hills, you can relax by the pool while having our signature drinks accompanied by delicious finger foods.
